Participants of the Nike Multi Sport Camp & Virginia Velocity Soccer Camps have the opportunity to purchase lunch and snacks from the XL Sideline Cafe. Please read on to learn how the lunch and snack process works. 

TAB SHEETS:​

• If you would like to have your child purchase their snacks or lunch, you can start a Tab Sheet with your credit card.

• Tab Sheets MUST be filled out with credit card information on the camper’s first day of the week.

• Tab Sheets are good for the duration of 1 week.

  • Credit cards are run every Friday for all items your camper purchased throughout the week.​ 

  • A new Tab must be started weekly.

• You may add restrictions to your camper’s tab that XL Staff will adhere to.

  • Restrictions include but are not limited to dollar spending amount, restricted items such as soda or ice cream, can only buy lunch, etc. 

  • XL Sports World Staff is not responsible for food or beverage items given to your child that were not indicated on the restricted list.

• You can also list allergies on your tab sheet. We will monitor the food given to your child if allergens are listed.

CASH:

• You may leave cash for XL Staff to manage for your camper or give it to your camper to use.

• You may add restrictions to your camper’s cash tab that XL Staff will adhere to.

  • Restrictions include but are not limited to dollar spending amount, restricted items such as soda or ice cream, can only buy lunch, etc. 

    • XLSports World Staff is not responsible for food or beverage items given to your child that were not indicated on the restricted list, or if the cash was not placed with us directly.

• If cash is being given directly to your camper and not XL Staff, please ensure they have a safe place to keep it and know it should always be put back in that safe place when not in use. XL is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, including money, wallets, credit cards, etc.

• What happens to my tab sheet on Friday?

  • Every Friday, your credit card will be charged for all the items your child purchased throughout the week. Once the tabs are ran, we'll shred the paper tab sheet.​

•  When can my child purchase items from the Sideline Cafe?

  • We will have the Cafe open for morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack. Campers can purchase snacks during any of these periods. If you did not set restrictions on you tab sheet, we will serve your child whatever they ask for. ​

  • We do not serve ice cream until afternoon snack. We also try to limit the campers to 1 ice cream per day.
