DROP OFF:

• Drop off is always at the front counter

• Parent or guardian MUST sign in their camper

• Any last minute registrations/changes can be made at counter during check in

PICK UP:

• Campers MUST be signed out by authorized parent or guardian.

  • Adults can be added to authorized pick up list using the form to the left. Fill this out and hand it in at drop off. Once they are added they will remain on until manually removed

  • If adult is not on authorized list, XL staff will call parent to confirm.

• Adults picking up will be asked to present photo ID at pick up. 

• Morning half day:

  • Pick up is at 12:30 at the front counter

  • Campers will come off the field for pickup or lunch at 12:30.

    • ​if you arrive early, please wait in lobby until camper comes off the field. if you need your child to come out sooner, XL staff will radio for them to do so.​​​

• FULL DAY 9AM-4PM

  • Pick up is at 4pm at the front counter

  • Please let XL staff know who you are picking up & present your ID

    • XL staff will radio for your child to come to the lobby for pick-up.​

• EXTENDED FULL DAY 7:30AM-5:30PM

  • Pick up is at front counter until about 4:30pm. From 4:30pm-5:30pm it will be moved to the camp room.

    • Camp room is down the hall to the left when you walk in, behind the Field 1 goal.

  • Counselors will ask for photo ID and let your camper know to grab their stuff.
